Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We are currently in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Regence and most Bluecross Blueshield plans. We also have a contract with Cigna that goes into effect March 15th.

  • We’re more than happy to provide you with a Superbill - a detailed description of services provided - that you can then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Out of pocket rates are $200 for the initial evaluation and $150 for follow up visits.

  • If pain, stiffness, or weakness is limiting your normal activity for more than a few days, it’s a good time to start PT. Early care can prevent small issues from becoming longer-lasting problems and helps you return to activity with a clear plan.

  • No. Washington is a direct access state and you are allowed to see a physical therapist directly.
